Pippin, Here to Stay (for now)

According to the site plan that I found on ACRIS for the new Whole Foods Store on 3rd & 3rd, it looks like Pippin is, in fact, here to stay. The zoning plan includes the small building as part of the owner's property, and from the drawing it seems like the gigantic market will rise up around it.
