A Little Help Here
Tips for making it through a long, drawn out Friday with a more than marginal post-celebratory hangover. Anyone? Anyone? I know for a fact y'all have been there. Spill it.
And furthermore...
Kudos to the person who can accurately pinpoint what is going on in this photograph. I for one, cannot remember.

Large amounts of water, protein, B and C vitamins, aspirin, and no fast moves.

Yeah...I guess that cake with the mango/passionfruit filling was not the best choice for a 10am snack...

I can tell you what not to do the morning after-an 8:30 graduation followed by a trip to the dentist to have 2 cavities filled. Yup, I definitely do NOT feel any better.

Bloody Mary, very spicy, with lunch.

oooh. dentist. yuck.
and ditto that for a bloody mary-- ick! i've never understood how anyone could find watered down tomato juice with alcohol, tabasco, and salt to be appealing.

Try Emer'gen-C. It is a fizzy drink powder that you add a little water to. It has tons of Vitamin C and other Vitamins. I think you can get it at like convience stores, they are in little individual packets. They work really well. Do a double shot first and then as often after that as you want. It really, really works. I am not as young as I once was and I need to get up and be productive in the mornings, unlike when I was younger and these really do it. I like the rasberry best.

A trick I heard from alcoholic comedians, Patton Oswalt and David Cross: Pedialyte.

Next time I'm in New York, I'll fix you a good Bloody. You'll get it then.

Are those biker shorts? Thank gosh I didn't wear those back in the late 80's! BTW what was the celebration about?
Posted by: Gustavo at June 26, 2005 1:16 AM
Indeed, they are biker shorts. The party was a celebration for several people leaving my office.
