My downstairs neighbor broke out the Christmas lights last week.

man, you have a courtyard?!? that's nice.
when i was a kid and lived on barrow street, we had a couryard. i would always play in the snow. making piles, blocking the drain and then turning on the water. i loved watching streams form.

oh...i meant my building's courtyard. i live on the 4th floor!

i take it the garden's not shared. it's not too soon to start lovin' up on the downstairs neighbors! oh wait, are these the people you had to inconvenience with the cable guy. proceed prudently.

yeah, she's the one. she's got a dog...that i offered to walk, if she ever needed me to. actually, the courtyard's pretty tiny. But bigger than our next door neighbor's, which is literally a triangle.
